The high energy flow of our Hot Power Class is designed to provide a cardiovascular workout while building strength, flexibility and focus. Taught in the Vinyasa flow style, linking one breath to one movement, this class is fast paced and challenging, yet accessible to all individuals. Modifications and variations will be provided to allow all students from beginners to advanced to work at their own level. Music: Varies | Flow: fast | Heat: 95-99 degrees.
Hot Yoga Sculpt:

A great complement to your yoga practice. Combining yoga poses with strength training, cardio bursts and free weights, this class will leave you feeling stronger and refreshed. Students are welcome to practice with or without weights Music: Upbeat // Flow: fast // Heat: 90-95 degrees.
Hot Slow Flow:
(For those that like to slow it down a bit)
Our Hot Slow Flow classes are instructed at a slower pace, while still Incorporating all of the same great elements of music, movement, breath and heat as our Hot Power Classes. Focus is placed on cultivating correct alignment and poses are held for longer periods of time to build strength and stamina and allow for a deeper experience of the pose. Class is suitable for beginners, or experienced yogi's. Music: Chill | Flow: Slow | Heat: 95-99 degrees.
Hot Candlelight Flow:
(Hot power yoga with a mellow vibe)
A perfect way to wind down your evening. Lit by candlelight, and set to music, this introspective class invites you to turn your focus inward as you flow with breath. A challenging vinyasa flow series at a slightly slower pace, this practice strikes a balance between movement & stillness, strength & surrender. Class is suitable for beginners, or experienced yogi's. Music: Chill // Flow: Medium // Heat: 95-102 degrees.
