Covid-19 Update  

We are open for 25 in person classes each week! We have enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols, and hand sanitizer readily available throughout the space.  Please read over our new protocols and changes to know what to expect on your first visit back and help keep our community safe.
SCHEDULE:
We are offering a full schedule of 29 weekly in studio classes. Some classes on the schedule will be shortened to 55 minutes to allow for additional time for cleaning and transition. Online signup is not required, some classes will fill so online sign up can be helpful for this reason, but most classes have walk-in space available, and drop-ins are welcome space permitting. Classes will be available for booking in mindbody up to 10 days in advance.

MASKS OPTIONAL (effective 3/1/22)
Masks are optional at the studio effective March 1st, 2022 when the city of Milwaukee mask mandate ends. 

​PLEASE STAY HOME IF: 
Please stay at home if you are feeling sick, have had a fever in the past 72 hours or are showing any signs of Covid-19. If you have a sick family member or have been in close contact with someone who has Covid-19, do not attend classes at the studio until 10 days have passed.

If you have tested positive for covid-19 do not come to the studio until you are free of fever (>100.4°F) AND have no respiratory symptoms (cough, shortness of breath) for at least 3 days (72 hours) without the use of fever-reducing medicine; AND 10 days have passed since symptoms first appeared. 

PRACTICE GOOD HAND HYGIENE:
Practice good hand hygiene by washing your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds or using alcohol or hand sanitizer. We will have hand sanitizer available throughout the space.

AIR QUALITY / VENTILATION:
Our HVAC systems in the lobby and studio are both new (2015) so they follow the most up to date commercial building code requirements for fresh air intake and air exchange rates in commercial spaces and pull fresh air from outside at regular intervals. We will have a stand alone air purifier operating in the yoga room as well and will also be opening the studio and lobby doors between classes when possible to draw in more fresh air. 

UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Our cancellation window will now be 90 minutes prior to the start of class, so any cancellation made prior to  90 minutes will not result in any penalties or fees. Cancellations made online with less than 90 minutes notice are considered "late cancels". ​For class pack clients or 10X members, 1 class will be deducted for each late cancels or no-shows.   For members on the unlimited option, a $5 fee for each late cancel or a $10 fee for each no show *may be charged to your credit card on file. Our cancellation policies are in place to help us manage class schedules and ensure everyone who wants to practice has a space in class. Online sign-up is not required, so it you're not sure if you'll make it to class, we recommend just signing up on the mindbody phone app when you're on your way, or at the front desk when you arrive.  

CLASS PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS PURCHASED PRIOR TO MARCH 2020: 
We will still honor class packages purchased prior to the pandemic, if you haven't been back to the studio in a while and have a class package that expired due to covid, send us an email to reactivate it. We would love to have you join us for class again!
